Eric Dennison is an experienced advisor with regard to strategic advisory, human capital management, and risk transfer methods available to healthcare providers (large or small).

As a dedicated healthcare risk consultant, Eric has worked for two large banks, including the 5th largest insurance brokerage in the country. Eric has 11 years of experience, including overseeing the majority of risk transfer arrangements for Minnesota dental groups, active in healthcare committees/ associations and worked with healthcare groups up to 1,500 employees. This has enabled him to provide strategic and practical advice to Healthcare Providers on the challenges they face today.

Eric has developed a highly efficient approach that has residual effects on patient surveys, retrospective revenues and quality of care. While addressing critical components of the risk matrix, his approach is with an overarching focus on risk management through communication that impacts strategic initiatives, operational processes, financial practices and technology.

Eric also provides assistance with establishing relationships that shorten an employee’s time away from work due to an injury. In this capacity, he performs human resource assessments that may lead to additional documentation for employee orientation or leadership training. In addition, he reviews overall processes to maintain efficiency and effectiveness. Common errors that routinely come up are related to: lack of consistency, accountability and employee engagement.

Eric holds a BA in Economics from University of Wisconsin Madison. He is a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) and working towards completing Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI).
